Heroic Hearts Org respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on the crowdfunding platform and how we use it.
What we collect
When you give or create a fundraiser we collect your name, email address and, optionally, phone number and a message. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and never touch our website. We also keep standard server logs for security.
How we use it
To process your gift and send your receipt, to show your first name and last initial on the public supporters list (unless you choose to give anonymously), to email campaign updates to supporters, to run your portal account, and to contact you about our work if you have subscribed. We never sell or rent your data.
Your choices
You can update your details in your portal, unsubscribe from any email using the link in it, or ask us to delete your account and data by writing to info@hchearts.org.
